Pennsylvania Technology Summit

These trainings are intended for staff within Pennsylvania County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) Program Offices and Community Health Choice Managed Care Organizations. They are free to attend and funded by the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs and Office of Long-Term Living through the American Rescue Plan Act.

Accelerating Technology Solutions will cover implementation strategies, funding opportunities, criteria and strategies for organizational change, and emerging technology solutions for people with disabilities and family members. Technology solutions include remote supports and monitoring, assistive technology, and mainstream technology.

Trainings will be held in both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and coincide with Technology Summits in partnership with Temple University's Institute on Disabilities. You will have an option to register for the Summits during training registration. Summit registration and attendance is optional but highly encouraged.

Each half-day training will cover the same information. Please register for one training per person. Agencies are encouraged to register multiple staff members.

Registration is limited to 50 participants per session. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Pittsburgh - Carlow University

  • Training Session Option 1: Wednesday March 12th, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Technology Summit: Thursday March 13th, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Training Session Option 2: Friday March 14th, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
