The Office of Developmental Disabilities (ODP) requests your assistance sharing the attached communication, ODPANN 25-052: National Core Indicators (NCI) – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) State of the Workforce Survey Deadline Extended. The purpose of this announcement is to inform all provider agencies employing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) that the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) has extended the deadline for completing the 2024 NCI State of the Workforce Survey. Please review the announcement for additional information and detail.

Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) Survey for Residential Provider Agencies

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and the IM4Q technical advisors at the Institute on Disabilities (IOD) at Temple University have begun connecting and working with provider associations to increase provider agencies’ knowledge of IM4Q and their collaboration to improve the lives of Pennsylvania residents within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) service system. To promote these efforts, provider input is crucial in determining the information and activities needed to accomplish this.
You are invited to complete an online survey to provide feedback!
Please complete one (1) survey per organization and submit responses by Friday, July 11, 2025. Your participation should take less than fifteen minutes.

Your response will provide important information to enhance the IM4Q process and strengthen ODP’s overall Quality Management structure.

The Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs, Office of Long-Term Living, Temple University, and the University of Kansas have established the PA Technology Accelerator, a series of activities intended to support PA in becoming the next Technology First State. As a Technology First State, programs and policies are modernized and harmonized to ensure seamless deployment and training on innovative technology solutions. Providers play a critical role in achieving this goal.
You are invited to complete an online survey to inform technology resources and supports for providers across Pennsylvania!
Please complete one (1) survey per organization and submit responses by Friday, June 13th, 2025. Your participation should take less than one hour.

Your response will provide critical information to build and enhance programs to ensure providers have the necessary information and tools to advance access to technology solutions for their clients across the Commonwealth.
