Budget Advocacy

One of PAR’s top priorities is advocating for funding for intellectual disability/autism services. Every year, PAR provides influence and advocacy to Governor Wolf and our General Assembly for funding for these critical services. This year, we are advocating for increased Direct Support Professionals wages (see par.net/supportmesupportdsps for more information) and funding to reduce the waiting list for services.

Check out our FY 20/21 Budget Request for more information on our budget request.

Advocacy Toolkit

PAR provides support for grassroots advocacy for our members. In addition, we have made our advocacy toolkit and resources below available to anyone who wants to advocate.
