Vice President of Human ResourcesLakeshore Community Services Position Description: Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is a well-established non-profit organization serving the needs of persons with disabilities headquartered in Erie County is seeking a full time Vice President of Human Resources. This position involves a combination of administrative and supervisory skills with responsibility for the Human Resource department. Responsibilities include providing effective human resource management by developing and implementing policies, programs and services that contribute to the attainment of the Agency and employee goals by properly balancing the needs of the employee and the needs of the Agency. This position will strive to elevate the Agency to the next level to become an employer of choice. The position will interface with all levels of management and support staff. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a track record of positive results within the Human Resources Employment arena. This self-driven, motivated person must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong work ethic, commitment to success and the ability to prioritize are critical. Some overnight travel may be required. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
