PAR's Advocacy Priorities

ANCOR

As members of ANCOR (American Network of Community Options and Resources), PAR Provider Members have the industry’s expert leadership and advocacy organization working on their behalf at the Federal level. ANCOR is respected throughout the nation, in the halls of Congress, within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, inside the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and throughout the executive branch. ANCOR works with PAR, and all of its members, to provide expert testimony on legislative and regulatory matters. Their presence in Washington D.C. focuses on protecting and promoting federal policy for quality services that focus on important issues such as the Direct Support Professional workforce and long term services and supports.

PAR Provider Members have full membership in ANCOR the nation’s leading advocacy and trade association for intellectual disability and autism service providers. Outside of PAR, ANCOR membership can cost organizations thousands of dollars.
