BIO: Andrea Consigny is the Division Director of Employment Services and Community Connections at SPIN serving the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley regions. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Arcadia University, CESP and ACRE Certification. She is an active board member of PA APSE and enjoys the opportunity to connect with other professionals, share strategies, and implement practices for advancing the mission of Employment 1st. SPIN has a successful record of providing transition, employment, and habilitation supports to adolescents and adults with a variety of intellectual, developmental, and autism spectrum disabilities. Andrea currently leads a highly effective and dynamic team to support over 500 individuals as they achieve their personal goals, develop meaningful relationships, obtain employment, and enjoy a life of possibilities.

 

BIO: Laura Silsby is the Division Director of Community Participation Supports at SPIN located in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Northampton, and Lehigh Counties. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Special Education from Arcadia University. Laura leads a team to support people with intellectual, developmental and autism spectrum disabilities to increase independence, enhance skills, improve quality of life, explore employment opportunities and become meaningful members of their communities. Community Participation Supports serves over 400 people to live a life of possibilities!

 

 

BIO: Toni Hinkle is the Director of Community Participation Supports and Therapeutic Recreation at SPIN, providing services across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Toni holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University. Toni is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and leads a dynamic team of therapists who use their extensive experience utilizing recreation and leisure activities to increase independence, enhance skills, and improve quality of life. SPIN’s dynamic, progressive and inclusive Community Participation Supports serve over 150 people with intellectual disabilities, developmental, and autism spectrum disabilities to live a life of possibilities!

 

 

BIO: Kate Schultz is the Director of Employment Services at SPIN located in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh counties. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Temple University. Kate is a Certified Employment Support Professional and has received her ACRE Certification in Customized Employment. Kate manages a team of 20 Employment Specialists and Job Coaches who support people with intellectual, developmental and autism spectrum disabilities to meet their employment outcomes. She currently leads a highly effective team providing supported employment, customized employment and self-employment services with evidence based results. Kate’s team has successfully support over 200 people to achieve their employment goals and a life of possibilities!
