The In-Home and Community Supports Committee provides a networking forum for PAR members providing In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS), Companion and Unlicensed Respite to identify and act on the changes that need to occur to ensure these core services are preserved for the greatest number of ODP service recipients living in a private home.

Daniel Greene is a dedicated family advocate for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism, passionately championing their rights and inclusion. With over a decade of leadership as the Executive Director of Finance and HR at PA Connecting Communities, he has driven financial strategies to support community programs for those with special needs. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he brings a strong educational foundation to their work. Additionally, as a licensed notary, he offers trusted services to their community, blending professional expertise with a deep commitment to advocacy.

In 2003, Tina began her tenure in the ID/A field as a Supports Coordinator for Lenape Valley Foundation in Doylestown, PA. In 2005, she left Supports Coordination to pursue more hands on opportunities with service recipients and became the Coordinator of In-Home Supports for Access Services. Within this program, Tina has worked her way through varying roles to where she served as the Senior Director of Services. Within this role Tina oversaw all Home Based services across the three regions of service. Additionally, during her time at Access Services, Tina oversaw the startup of the Southeast region’s first 2380 site in 2018. in 2025 Tina joined Delta Community Supports as their Senior Director of Community Support Services. Tina also currently serves as the co-chair for the MAX Conference Committee and has played an active role MAX’s Delaware County Legislature Workgroup.
