Associate Director of Day Supports

Position Description:

  • Full-time salaried position
  • Responsible for supervision of multiple day services and programs, including staff and individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism
  • Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Supervisory experience is required

Specific Requirements and Preferences:

  • Requires one of the following:
    • A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism,
    • OR A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism,
    • OR An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria 
  • Basic computer skills required
