Senior Associate Director of Day Services

Position Description:

  • Full-time, salaried position; $.75/hr increase upon successful completion of the 90-day Introductory Period.
  • Responsible for personnel in the day supports department
  • Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual
  • Supervisory experience is required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and teambuilding skills required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria  

Specific Requirements and Preferences:
Requires one of the following:

  • Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field, plus 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities

OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field, plus 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities
