Position Description:
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by managing an effective team to provide quality services. Responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of PATH’s Community Living Arrangements Program in accordance with PATH’s mission, values, and principles. 

Specific Requirements and Preferences:
Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
  • At least five years of experience, including supervisory, working directly with people with intellectual disabilities, or any appropriate combination. 
  • Driver’s License/use of own vehicle Computer skills: Intermediate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

Specific Duties: 

  • Effectively operate the Community Living Arrangement (CLA). 
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with all funding and/or licensing entities, such as, but not limited to the Office of Developmental Programs’ Community Homes for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Regulations; 55 PA Code Chapter 6400, Chapter 51 Intellectual Disabilities Services, and the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division
  • Assure compliance to outside monitoring entities, e.g. QEST, Vision for Equality, IM4Q.
  • Address any facility issues to maintain a safe and positive working environment that meets the standards of the Office of Developmental Programs and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Licensing and OSHA Standards.
  • Represent the CLA Department and the agency at meetings of professional, civic, or other interested community groups including but not limited to the Coalition/Alliance, Philadelphia IDS, and ODP.
  • Market the CLA Services to Support Coordination Organizations and community and obtain referrals
  • Provide ongoing clinical expertise in keeping with current literature and best practices, and be available for crisis on a 24-hour basis.
