The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) requests your assistance sharing the attached communication and attachment, ODPANN 26-079 - New Provider Qualification Requirements for Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) Specialized Skill Development (SSD) Providers. The purpose of this communication is to provide guidance and information about provider qualification requirements for the BSS component of the SSD service in the AAW. The new requirements became effective on July 1, 2026, as part of the approved renewal of the AAW.
