Invitation to Provide Brief Program Overview at OVR Office Hours
Message from OVR:
As you all know, OVR has resumed their Supported Employment Office Hours. They are held once per month for the providers, and then also once per month for OVR staff.
We wanted to invite our SE Providers to come on to our virtual OVR Office Hours each month and discuss their SE programs and provide a general overview and highlights for our OVR staff. The thought would be to have about 3-5 providers per month, who would each present for about 5-10 minutes.
This is voluntary, and we would do our best to accommodate your availability. OVR’s SE Office Hours are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 11am-12pm
Some of the talking points you can consider including would be:
General Overview
- Name of your Agency
- What PA Counties do you provide SE services in
- How long you have been an SE Provider in general
- How long you have you been an SE Provider for OVR
- Mention what SE services you can provide per your SE Provider Agreement
- Mention if there are other services that you can provide as an OVR Vendor
- Mention what other services your agency may provide that may benefit OVR customers, and how they may access them
Highlights/Success Stories
- Discuss any specialty groups that your agency works with (i.e. specific disabilities, age group, youth, veteran, etc.)
- Mention if you a provider for other agencies such as ODP, OLTL, or even SSA/(Employment Network)?
- Finally, any other highlights or success stories you would like to share about an OVR customer that participated in SE services with your agency
