Position Description:
To assist the Accounting Department and support the Assistant Controller in various responsibilities including, but not limited to maintaining company General Ledger, preparing monthly journal entries, account analysis, and bank reconciliations. Also, maintain Fixed Asset and General Fund Schedules.

Specific Requirements and Preferences:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration. 3-5 years accounting experience required as well as a solid understanding of general ledger. Proficient in all areas of Excel and Word. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred. Must be dependable and adaptable, and have excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be able to work both independently, as well as be a strong team player.
