Position Description:
NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR: Director of OVR and Employment services

• Full-time
• Exempt Position
• Must have at least 2-5 years of direct, supervisory experience with supported employment including familiarity with OVR, pre-employment transition services and/or WEXA. 
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Associates degree and be able to be a strong but supportive leader.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining ACRE Certification.
• This position must be able to act independently, have familiarity with regulations, billing, and be able to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts, vendors and employees.
• The Director will also manage waiver funded employment services.
• Includes full benefit package; salary dependent on education and experience.
