Position Description:

• $1,500 sign-on bonus for applicant hired by 1/31/2023, paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
• The Director of Human Resources oversees the planning, leading, development and implementation of HR programs that align with the organization’s goals and vision.
• Collaborates with executive committee members to support the organization’s goals and strategy.

Specific Requirements and Preferences:

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Required Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Minimum Required Experience: 5 years managing a Human Resources Department
