Position Description:
Access Services' is currently seeking a part-time Behavior Supports Manager with a BCBA certification and master's degree, to work in our Bethlehem Regional office and the surrounding community. There may also be a need to see clients in our other ID/A regional programs. The ID/A Service Line provides supportive, professional, and individualized care for adults who have intellectual disabilities or Autism. The goal of the programs is to encourage personal growth and teach participants to become contributing and active members of their community.

Work Schedule: Part time, Monday through Friday - flexible, part time shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavior for participants identifying antecedents, potential functions of behavior, possible environmental factors and analyze assessment findings to design behavioral support plans
  • Collaborate with participants, their family and service team to develop behavior support plans that include positive practices and least restrictive interventions
  • Conduct training and support related to the implementation of behavior support plans for the participant, family, staff and other caregivers
  • Completion of required documentation related to data collection, progress reporting and development of annual planning materials.

Specific Requirements and Preferences:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in psychology, special education, counseling, social work, education, applied behavior analysis or gerontology.
  • Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License required.
  • Current certification in BCBA required.
  • Two (2) years of providing Behavior Supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities required. 
  • Current valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and proof of adequate car insurance is required.
