Behavioral Support Specialist

Applied Counseling & Consulting Services

Position Description:
Position Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: 

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)Develop behavioral support plans (BSP) that are individualized and comprehensive, which utilized positive strategies to support the (Individual) Stakeholder.
  • Complete Direct care visits and telephone consultations
  • Conduct Direct Care Visits in-home/community and telephone consultations
  • Monitoring and analyzing data and making changes when necessary based on data collection
  • Collaboration with the treatment team and individual through participation ISP meetings
  • Lead team members associated with ACCS Applied Counseling and Consulting Services in case management
  • Provide crisis intervention support

Specific Requirements and Preferences:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed preferred- BCBA, LBS, LSW, LPC
  • Must be willing to travel between
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license/Use of personal vehicles required
