Pennsylvania is facing a crisis because government funding for Direct Support Professional (DSP) wages has flatlined for 10 years. 

Pennsylvania's intellectual disability/autism (ID/A) system is facing a dire workforce crisis. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are being paid wages that are 25% - 50% below a living wage in Pennsylvania.


Governor Wolf will be putting together and finalizing his 2017-18 budget proposal throughout the month of January. He needs to hear from you to include an initiative in his budget to increase DSPs to a living wage!
