PAR receives information from a wide variety of sources. One source is from our own members. This meeting report form was developed to help members provide the kind of information that PAR needs. Whether you are a representative of PAR at a meeting or attend a meeting on behalf of your agency, PAR welcomes your contributions of information. We encourage you to contact the PAR office prior to your meeting to see if we can provide you with any last-minute updates or additional information.
