Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) - Monday, October 15, 2007
The Office of Developmental Programs provides individuals with mental retardation, autism, and their families the services and supports they need and the opportunity to make real choices about living, working and options for social activities to enable them to live in and participate fully in the life of their communities. It directs the Commonwealth’s mental retardation system consisting of state operated mental retardation centers, private ICFs/MR and community services and oversees the provision of Early Intervention services to all children with developmental delays from birth to age three. read more ...

PP&A is a statewide, non-profit corporation designated as the federally–mandated organization to advance and protect the civil rights of all adults and children with disabilities. PP&A works with people with disabilities and their families to ensure their rights to live in their communities with the services they need, to receive a full and inclusive education, to live free of discrimination, abuse and neglect, and to have control and self–determination over their services.

The Disabilities Law Project (DLP) is a non–profit statewide public interest law firm that provides legal assistance and other services to individuals with disabilities, their organizations, their families, and their advocates. DLP's main purpose is to advocate for the civil rights of persons with mental and physical disabilities, especially their right to live as integral parts of their communities. read more ...
