During the webinar, an overview of Act 102 and the proposed regulations which will implement Act 102 will be given along with a specific analysis of what the law and implementing regulations mean for ID providers. Ample time for Q&A will be presented as well as a chance for participants to raise questions, give comments and make recommendations that you would like to see included in PAR's official comments to the Department as well as your own.
