Yesterday, at PAR's Board of Directors/General Membership Meeting, there was a brief discussion led by Attorney William D. Lenahan, Esq. of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney regarding the recently issued estimated rates for FY12-13 for intellectual disability services and the ability to appeal. It was determined at the time that a webinar needed to be held to enable providers to have ample time to hear advice and get answers to their questions. Timing is of the essence for this webinar because of the limited time to appeal.
Therefore, PAR will host a webinar on Wednesday, June 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
During the webinar, Mr. Lenahan will review what providers can do right now in response to the Department's estimated rates that were issued and what you can do right now to get ready for letters communicating final rates. The webinar will also include ample opportunity for Q&A during which participants can submit questions electronically and anonymously.
The fee for this webinar for PAR members is $79 and $149 for non-members. This fee covers a single entry point into the webinar which includes access to the online presentation via a single URL and one telephone line.
