Solutions Conference 2008: Extreme Makeover

If you would like to make a proposal to be a presenter at the PAR Conference which will be held at the Harrisburg Hilton from Tuesday, Oct. 28th through Thursday, Oct. 30th, please complete the form below and click "DONE" at the bottom when you are finished. All forms are due by August 9th. The home and cell phone numbers requested are for internal use only. This sensitive information will not be distributed beyond the PAR staff and will only be used in important contact situations.

Among the conference tracks and topics being developed are those related to ODP’s and CMS’s Initiatives; Autism; Medicaid; government oversight; relevant statutes, regulations and regulatory reform; HIPAA and PROMISe; Sarbanes-Oxley; Olmstead and community integration; lobbying and advocacy; workforce development; leadership in the field; information technology; contracting; business options; legal issues; nonprofit issues; risk management; and unique and special interest offerings that focus on the conference theme.
