The recent imposition of a -6% rate adjustment factor, on top of other policy decisions made by DPW are directly impacting services and the people who rely on them. It is critical that we communicate the impact to our friends, supporters, families, legislators and Board members. We need every voice to ensure that services are not harmed in the upcoming FY2012 state budget, which Governor Corbett will propose on Tuesday, February 7th.
