When Alliant partners with a PAR Member agency to fulfill the roles of employee benefit broker, administrator, consultant and compliance coordinator, the PAR Member agency is provide with:
- a team of employee benefit experts
- an array of employee benefit administration services
- a compliance coordination unit to manage the agency’s employee benefit compliance responsibilities. (Including but not limited to management of all regulatory requirements)
- a Human Resource membership to, Strategic HR, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliant
- monthly wellness newsletters for each employee
The above features, and more, are provided to PAR Member agencies, by Alliant absolutely free of charge.
